Dr. Rhea Varughese
Dr. Rhea Varughese is an assistant professor and respirologist at the University of Alberta with a focus on lung transplantation and pulmonary hypertension. She is the director of the Edmonton Pulmonary Hypertension Program. She completed her internal medicine and respirology training at the University of Calgary, followed by fellowship training at the Universities of Alberta, Calgary, and Toronto. Her interests include CTEPH, frailty, rehabilitation, multi-morbidity and quality of life.
