Looking for connection and support from others who understand life with pulmonary hypertension? Join this monthly online support group on Zoom, created especially for British Columbia residents living with PH and their caregivers.

Led by counselor Joanne Schwartz, MSW RSW, this safe and supportive space offers a chance to talk about mental health, wellness, and the everyday challenges of living with PH—all from the comfort of your own home.
