Attention PH Kiddos ages 7 to 17!!  

Camp del Corazon is a summer camp experience on Catalina Island for children ages 7-17 who are living with heart and/or lung disease. Camp was Lucas' favorite place. Thanks to numerous donations generously made in his memory, over 300 campers (and counting) have been able to attend to date — at NO COST!   

Marina Van Wormer and Steve Van Wormer are specifically trying to reach parents and kiddos impacted by pulmonary hypertension to connect them with this amazing, life-changing experience for kids.
