Lea George

My name is Lea George and I’m 41 years old. Originally from Newfoundland, I have been living in Moncton, New Brunswick for the past 15 years. I still don’t know which place I would call home. I work at the Moncton Hospital as a Biomedical Engineering technologist, fixing medical equipment and running the shop. I absolutely love my work and the relationships I have formed with hospital staff. I have a beautiful boy who just started Kindergarten and I couldn’t be prouder. I was diagnosed with IPAH in 2016, dissolving that life as I knew it, but I have been fortunate. I have responded well to oral medications, and I am a nitric oxide responder.
