Kathy Ilano

Kathy was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in 2001 in addition to lupus making her a long-term survivor for over 24 years. She has been on Bosentan, Revatio, Opsumit and continuous IV Flolan therapy since 2008. She is now living in Toronto Ontario, Canada and founded the current Toronto support group on WhatsApp. She is passionate about connecting and supporting others with PH and she organized the Toronto Support group's first picnic in High Park on Aug 23rd. She is a caregiver at home to her mother with Alzheimer's disease. Kathy loves animals, being outdoors, reading and music.
