Cynthia Neilson

Cynthia joined the PHA Canada Board of Directors in September 2023. She brings her first-hand experience of being a parent and caregiver to her 13 year daughter Clare who has with pulmonary hypertension. Cynthia is also a family advisor at SickKids Hospital.

Cynthia holds Bachelor's degrees in Physical and Health Education, Geography, and Education. She also has a Master’s in Human Kinetics. Cynthia has worked for provincial and federal government healthcare agencies for the past fifteen years.
