The CPHPN supports the care of pulmonary hypertension (PH) patients and caregivers by advancing nursing and allied health professionals through leadership, education, and professional development. The Network provides a forum for PH professionals to share knowledge, collaborate, mentor, participate in research, and work closely with PHA Canada to promote best practices and collegial support.
