Copain de l'HTP
Le programme Copain de l'HTP vous met en contact avec une personne de la communauté HTP, un "pair" qui peut comprendre ce que vous vivez. Votre "copain" peut vous soutenir par courriel, par téléphone ou même en personne. Ce programme s'adresse aux patients, aux soignants et à tout ami ou membre de la famille touché par l'HTP.
