CRDN's RAREvolution Scholarship Program

The Canadian Rare Disease Network (PHA Canada is a member) has launched a national scholarship supporting youth living with rare diseases to pursue post-secondary education in Canada. People between 17 and 29 years old, with any rare disease, are eligible. Scholarships are up to $5,000 for full-time students and up to $2,500 for part-time students.
