The next PH Community Conference and Scientific Sessions will take place September 24 - 26, 2026, in Vancouver, BC. Registration opens April, 2026.
The PH Community Conference and Scientific Sessions is a unique annual event that brings together individuals living with pulmonary hypertension (PH), their caregivers, medical professionals, and researchers to share knowledge, foster connections, and work toward improving the lives of those affected by PH. This inclusive conference is comprised of two cornerstone events: the PH Patient & Family Symposium, which focuses on empowering and educating PH patients and their loved ones, and the PH Scientific Sessions, a collaborative gathering of leading healthcare professionals and researchers dedicated to advancing PH care and treatment.
Help Us Choose the Theme for PH Community Conference & Scientific Sessions 2026!
We’re already looking ahead to the 2026 conference, taking place in Vancouver, BC from September 24–26, 2026 — and we want your help to make it extra special!
Every year, our conference has a unique theme that captures the spirit of our PH community and sets the tone for the event. This year, we’re inviting you to share your ideas for what that theme should be.
Your theme could highlight the power of connection, hope, progress, resilience — or any message that you think reflects the PH community and what this event means to you.
How to Enter

​Think of a theme — a short phrase (just a few words) that captures an inspiring idea for PH Community Conference 2026.

Submit your idea using our Theme Contest Entry Form by Friday, December 19, 2025.

Sit back and wait — the winning theme will be announced in January 2026 on our conference website and PHA Canada’s social media channels.
The person with the winning theme will receive a PHA Canada prize pack and bragging rights!
