The next PH Community Conference and Scientific Sessions will take place September 24 - 26, 2026, in Vancouver, BC. Registration opens April, 2026.
The PH Community Conference and Scientific Sessions is a unique annual event that brings together individuals living with pulmonary hypertension (PH), their caregivers, medical professionals, and researchers to share knowledge, foster connections, and work toward improving the lives of those affected by PH. This inclusive conference is comprised of two cornerstone events: the PH Patient & Family Symposium, which focuses on empowering and educating PH patients and their loved ones, and the PH Scientific Sessions, a collaborative gathering of leading healthcare professionals and researchers dedicated to advancing PH care and treatment.​

We’re thrilled to share that the winning theme for the 2026 PH Community Conference and Scientific Sessions is:

This inspiring theme was submitted by Jas James, a member of our PH community whose words reflect the resilience, courage, and determination that define the PH journey. “Pathway of Hope” captures the spirit of connection, progress, and possibility that we look forward to celebrating together in Vancouver, BC, from September 24–26, 2026.
