Nicole Dempsey

Nicole was diagnosed with idiopathic PAH in 2013. At the time, she had been an elementary school teacher for 12 years. Although she is now medically retired, her passion for education continues in new ways. A former PHA Canada Board member and Board Chair, Nicole remains involved in advocacy by sharing her story to raise awareness and by supporting others who live with PH.

Nicole is also a wife, a mom of two teenager daughters and pet-mom of three dogs and a bird. She loves to travel whenever she gets the chance.
