How do I get from the airport to the conference hotel?

The Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Vancouver International Airport Free Shuttle: The hotel provides free, 24-hour shuttle services to and from the airport

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available at the hotel for all registered event attendees

Are meals included with my registration?

Friday: Warm & cold hors d’oeuvres will be served during the welcome reception. There will be a cash bar serving wine, beer, sodas and juice. Saturday: Breakfast and lunch will be provided. You may wish to pack a few snacks to keep with you throughout the day. There is a restaurant as well as a Starbucks on site at the hotel. There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Need financial assistance to attend conference?
Patients and their primary caregivers from western Canada, including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories, who plan to attend the conference in person can apply for travel assistance scholarships.
