Patient and Family Symposium
PHA Canada is committed to bringing the PH community together to learn more about PH and make valuable connections with one another. Every year we support patients, caregivers, and medical professionals to get together to share their knowledge and experiences. This year’s Patient and Family Symposium is an opportunity to learn more about current research and treatment developments, acquire skills to successfully manage life with PH, and connect with members of the Canadian PHamily.​

Phaware® wants to share your PH and rare disease expertise with their engaged global audience. They are enlisting PAH Experts, Patients, Caregivers and Global Thought Leaders to participate in podcast interviews
taking place during the 2025 PH Community Conference in Toronto, on September 12th and 13th. Please click the button below to learn more and schedule an interview time.
Interviews will last 20-30 minutes, be shared across your favorite podcast platform, and be heard in over 100 countries. They will be used as part of the I'm Aware That I'm Rare: phaware® podcast series.
