Toronto Pearson Airport – Once you land in Toronto, a free shuttle will take you to the hotel.

Hotel Airport Shuttle Bus complimentary: Runs on a continuous rotation from 5:55am until 11:55pm Eastern standard time. For pick-ups between midnight and 6:00am guests will need to call the hotel 416-675-6100 and we will send a shuttle bus for pickup.

Airport terminal, post locations and pick up time:

Terminal 1 - Post F3 every 0:20 and 0:50 hourly

Terminal 3 - Post 41 every 0:15 and 0:45 hourly

Yes! There is a large, outdoor, parking lot at the hotel. When you arrive at the hotel, please check-in at the front desk and provide your license plate number. Parking will cost $14.00 per day and can be paid at the front desk.

Friday: Warm & cold hors d’oeuvres will be served during the welcome reception. There will be a cash bar serving wine, beer, sodas and juice.

Saturday: Breakfast and lunch will be provided. You may wish to pack a few snacks to keep with you throughout the day.

There is a restaurant on site at the hotel as well as several restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. https://www.olio.ca/menus/all-day/

You can review the sessions being offered and make a plan for which ones you and your loved ones will attend.

Come as you are! There is no dress code. Be comfortable and if you can, wear purple! There can be lots of sitting, so wear comfortable clothes and shoes. T-shirts, hoodies, jeans are totally fine! Dress warmly – layers! These conference centers can often be cold so bringing a sweater can be helpful.

Don’t have any? That’s okay! Our swag table will be open starting at 4:30pm on Friday so you can get your purple items before the welcome reception! This year, we will be selling t-shirts and sweaters. We accept both cash and credit.

Attending a new event when you don’t know anyone can feel overwhelming and a little terrifying. We have all been here for the first time and can tell you that you’ll never feel alone. There are lots of amazing people who will approach you and introduce themselves. Take advantage of this amazing opportunity to meet and connect with others.

We provide you with a name tag when you arrive – so that can often help to get the conversation started with others. In your registration package, you will receive a Scavenger Hunt! It is a ‘get to know you’ game and a great way to break the ice with others.

Our registration table will open at 4:30pm on Friday. Look for signs and arrows in the hotel lobby that will direct you to registration. At the registration table, you will receive a conference program, an agenda for Saturday’s breakout sessions, your name tag and a welcome gift bag.

Oxygen support Our friends at ProResp are supporting this year’s event. A respiratory therapist will be on site throughout Saturday. If you require oxygen throughout the event, please let us know so we can connect you with the experts at ProResp.

Refrigerate meds If you are staying at the hotel, your room will have a fridge where you can store your medication. If you are not staying at the hotel and need a fridge for your medications for the day, please let us know.

On Saturday, all of the sessions taking place in the main ballroom will be recorded and live streamed to those watching at home. Check the agenda and look for the LIVE icon next to session titles. Those are the sessions that will be recorded and made available on our YouTube channel following the conference. Unfortunately, all other sessions are not recorded. If you are attending with others, you can separate and attend different sessions so that you don’t miss too many!

The 2026 PH Community Conference will be held in Vancouver, BC. Each conference is brought together by a hard working team of volunteers from the PH community who sit on the Conference Programs Committee. This committee meets monthly to help build the conference program and ensure the attendees have a great experience. • Don't be shy about your medical devices and oxygen - others in the room are sporting similar hardware!

• Some people are alone, others are with family, friends and caretakers... no matter how you arrive, you will leave a member of a new group.

• If you start to feel tired or overwhelmed, there are many areas to sit and take some time for yourself. There is a large lounge area in the hotel lobby, a restaurant on site, or head up to your hotel room and take a break.
