As someone recently diagnosed, finding safe ways to stay active has been a real worry. Following a guided program like the one from Compel Fitness https://compel-fitness.pissedconsumer.com/review.html was a turning point for me - it helped me regain a sense of strength and control in a way that felt careful and sustainable.
