Canadian Survey on the Economic Impact of Disease
CORD (Canadian Organization for Rare Disorders) is inviting individuals living with rare health conditions — including pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) — as well as caregivers and members of the general public to take part in an important national survey.
Your participation will help researchers better understand the financial and personal costs faced by individuals and families impacted by chronic illnesses. This information will support more informed decisions in healthcare policy and research funding in Canada and globally.
A wide range of voices is essential — we encourage participation from people of all backgrounds across the country.
