Clare Neilson

Clare Neilson lives in Toronto with her parents and brother. Clare was diagnosed with PAH in 2012. She attends Western Technical-Commerical highschool and will be going into grade 10 in the fall. Clare likes spending time with friends, going to the cottage and this summer worked for the City of Toronto as a wading pool attendant.
