Susan Silver

Susan resides in rural Northwestern Ontario on the beautiful Sibley   Peninsula. This rural setting causes many unique and challenging medical situations. As with many pulmonary hypertension patients, the road to diagnosis was long and exhausting. Susan struggled for over 7 years to receive an accurate diagnosis.

In August of 2015, Susan was referred to the Southwestern Ontario PH   Clinic in London Ontario a mere 1,500kms from her home. Following many tests including a right heart catheterization, she was diagnosed with PAH stemming from Portal Vein Thrombosis. Susan is currently benefitting from triple oral therapy to manage her PAH.
