Brooke Paulin

My name is Brooke and I live in Mississauga, ON. I was diagnosed with severe PAH in 2014, at 24-years old, and am followed by the PH clinic at the Toronto General Hospital.

I am currently on an all oral, triple therapy, but have previously also been on Subcutaneous Remodulin and later, IV Remodulin. I have also recently gone through the lung transplant assessment.
