You can help unite our community from coast to coast. Your donation provides advocacy and awareness programs, conferences and symposia, patient scholarships, support to local chapters, printed materials and so much more. All donors will receive tax receipts for their gifts. Here are the different ways to give.

Donate Online. Donating online is the easiest way to give: visit our Online Donation form to learn more or give a gift.

Donate Offline. If you would prefer to donate offline, you may use this printable form to donate by mail or fax. We also have 'In Memory' and 'In Honour' cards which can be ordered from the PHA Canada office at or by calling 1-877-774-2226. These cards can be used at funeral homes in lieu of flowers, or for different milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries.

Donate your car through Donate a Car Canada.

Donate_a_Car_Logo.jpgYour old car could mean a great contribution to PH awareness. Donate A Car Canada accepts Vehicle Donations for PHA Canada. They provide free towing in many areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. Donate A Car Canada will look after all the details. After your Vehicle Donation is complete, PHA Canada will send you a tax receipt within 45 days! Learn more about donating a car on our special page of the Donate A Car website.

Donate to the Patient Scholarship Fund. PH can be an expensive disease. For this reason, PHA Canada offers a scholarship program to create opportunities for patients and caregivers who require financial assistance to attend and participate in the National Conference. Contributors to the scholarship fund are recognized in the Conference program book, on PHA Canada’s website and in the Pulse (PHA Canada’s monthly e-newsletter), as well as in the Conference issue of Connections Magazine (a biannual publication). To learn how to contribute to the fund, please contact us at

We are grateful for your donations. To learn more about exactly how PHA Canada spends donated funds, visit Where do your donations go?
