Connect with us | Life In Purple

If you or someone you know is affected by pulmonary hypertension (PH), you will know firsthand how the disease can impact every aspect of your life. But by sharing your stories, you can help make sure that no one ever has to feel alone throughout their PH journeys. And by hearing about your experience with PH, you could be helping to educate those around you about the disease and ultimately be helping doctors and patients identify PH earlier in the process of diagnosis.

Connect with us

As we get closer to November, we will be sharing a number of ways you can engage and help us spread the word about PH within your networks. But until then, make sure to stay connected with us for the latest updates and information:

1) Social Media:

PHA Canada is active on social media! For daily updates, news, patient stories, and inspiration, make sure to follow us. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

2) The Pulse:

The Pulse is PHA Canada's monthly e-newsletter. Delivered to your inbox each month, The Pulse will keep you updated on what is happening in the world of PH. It includes PHA Canada updates, local community events announcements, and PH research news from Canada and around the world. The Pulse also features a monthly low-sodium recipe and resources for living with PH. Click here to subscribe.

3) Connections:

Published twice a year (Spring/Fall) in both English and French, Connections brings together the Canadian PH community to inform, support, and celebrate one another. Filled with community news and stories, research and treatment updates, interviews with PH medical professionals, and more, Connections is a valuable resource that PHA Canada is committed to making widely available to the PH community. Click here to find out more!

PH patients living in Canada are entitled to receive a free lifetime Connections subscription with no renewal required!  Primary caregivers of someone living with PH (i.e. parents of children with PH) are also eligible for a free lifetime subscription, to a maximum of one free subscription per household.

We want to hear from you!

As we prepare for the "Life in Purple" campaign ahead of November 2018, PHA Canada is currently calling out for members of the community who are willing to share their journey with PH with the community. Please contact Michaël at or toll-free at 1-877-774-2226 (ext. 102) to express your interest.
