Jennifer Gendron



Jennifer Gendron is a founding Board Member serving on the Board of Directors of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association of Canada and was its secretary from inception until mid-2010. Effective July 2010, Jennifer became PHA Canada’s second paid part-time employee, serving as the Regional Coordinator, and was involved in helping out with day-to-day operations, until December 2013. She returned to the Board of Directors in January, 2014. Jennifer has been involved with the pulmonary hypertension community since 2003 when her son was diagnosed with the disease at the age of 5. Since that time, Jennifer has been a member of PHA USA and founded the New Brunswick Pulmonary Hypertension Society in 2005. Jennifer resides in New Brunswick with her husband Dan and three boys: 14-year-old Braden and 12-year-old twins Jarrett and Rylan. Her family spent 8 months in Toronto where Braden underwent a double lung transplant at Sick Kids Hospital in September of 2009. Jennifer has a business diploma with a major in marketing and owns and operates her own business, Lifestyles Health & Fitness Studio.
